This magnificent upstairs villa and independent studio in the La Mission district of Papeete overlooks the town and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Its location is ideal, as it's close to the city center yet in the peace and quiet of the countryside, with a hiking trail starting right next door for walkers.

an independent apartment with its own private entrance on floor minus 1 is occupied on an occasional basis and is not overlooked by the rest of the house.

As the house is high up, a car is essential for getting around.

The house offers an enchanting setting with its charming landscaped garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. You can cool off in the swimming pool, perfect for sunny days. What's more, the barbecue area is a great place to share outdoor meals with family and friends, while taking advantage of the sheltered terrace to stay out of the sun or rain.

The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the spacious living room, ideal for relaxing in the evening and watching films on the big-screen TV. Good-quality internet is brought in via fiber optics, and a bouquet of TV channels is available, as well as programs in English.

This villa also includes two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own shower room.

They are equipped with two large 200 cm beds. One of the bedrooms also has a 140 cm sofa bed, and if you need it, the living room has an exta single sofa bed.
